Hi, and welcome to my blog.

I have one of the best and most enjoyable jobs in the world. Sometimes I get to work from home (and I really do mean WORK), and other times I spend with fabulous people from different countries and companies.

As a People & Organisation Consultant and Director of Kay-Lambert Associates Ltd, I travel throughout Europe (and latterly the Americas) facilitating learning programmes and team development events for managers and employees across all business sectors.

This blog attempts to capture some of the things I have learned and keep learning about the way people work, think and act; and how this impacts on business success.

Just because it’s the wisdom we’ve grown up with, doesn’t mean we have to slavishly embrace it. Why not get a bit cheeky and see if there are some useful other truths out there!
